At Leader Online, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Leader Online account and select the 'Return Items' option next to your recent order to generate a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned furniture or decor, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
